The Social Responsibility area acts strategically to ensure that the Concession generates positive impacts on the territory. Its work involves the continuous monitoring of social, environmental and governance (ESG) indicators, conducting impact assessments and research, as well as building partnerships with institutions and the public sector.

The area maintains an ongoing dialogue with the surrounding community through the "Vizinhos do Vale" (Neighbors of the Valley) channel, strengthening relationships, promoting transparency, and preventing risks. It also provides services and referrals for vulnerable individuals, in coordination with the social protection network, contributing to access to rights, care for people, and responsible and sustainable management of the territory.

The first structured satisfaction survey applied in a large public space in São Paulo.

Novo Anhangabaú implemented a pioneering active listening initiative to deeply understand who frequents the space, guide strategic decisions, and continuously improve the public experience.
The survey was structured with 37 detailed questions, organized into 9 thematic blocks, addressing
