Prestes Maia Gallery – Ground Floor
With a capacity for up to 1,585 people, a total area of 970 m² and 406 m² of usable space, it is a pioneering urban space, home to the city's first public escalators, inaugurated in 1955. Its historical atmosphere and strategic location make it ideal for corporate events, exhibitions, launches and celebrations.
Prestes Maia Gallery – 1st Floor
With a capacity for up to 772 people and a total area of 964 m², it expands the possibilities for using the complex. The space houses two bronze sculptures by Victor Brecheret (1940), adding artistic and institutional relevance to cultural exhibitions, events, and curatorial projects.
Almeida Junior Hall
Located on the mezzanine of the Prestes Maia Gallery, it can accommodate up to 250 people and has a total area of 2,267 m². The venue for the São Paulo Salon of Fine Arts in 1940, it is a historic space with strong scenographic potential, ideal for exhibitions, launches, and cultural events.
Formosa Gallery – Ground Floor
With a capacity for up to 780 people and a total area of 1,563 m², it was inaugurated in 1938 as part of the modernist project of the Viaduto do Chá. Throughout its history, it has housed the Municipal Ballet School, a popular restaurant, and rehearsals for Elis Regina. Today, it presents great potential for a concept restaurant, sports bar, gym, wellness space, or educational and cultural projects.
